This cottage is available to those who are in search of a tranquil place to call home for a month, up to 9 months. I am focused on supporting healthcare workers, writers, and people who enjoy both privacy and quietness.

Through the Celtic gates you will find our unique cottage with ocean access on an acre of gardens. Relax on our private ocean deck, in the water, or sitting by the pond under a canopy of trees. Enjoy a fully renovated space, with all the comforts of home. Full sized fridge, cozy open main floor, complimentary wifi, new smart TV, washer/dryer, oversized shower, loft sleeping area and dressing room with iron, towels, linens, hairdryer, and many extra amenities to make your stay comfortable.
You are free to use the property trails from the cottage to the main road.
You are free to enjoy the path via the carport to the ocean deck. Please note that the stairs are steep and should only be used by those without any mobility issues.

Cottage additional Information & Rules

Kitchen
The kitchen is small, but fitted with the essentials, including microwave, burners, toaster, coffee machine, full fridge, etc... If you find something missing please let me know.
Washer/Dryer.
I have washing detergent in the cupboard under the bathroom sink. Please use small loads. During the summer please use the extendable drying rack located on the side cottage deck. If you want to use the dryer do note is does take longer then a traditional dryer.
Smart TV.
Netflix is available for use and free wifi
Linens and Towels
There are extra beach towels, linens and kitchen tea-towels in the white cabinet, under the TV.
Exterior
There is a fresh herb garden in front of the cottage.
You have access to the water via the car port.
(Please ensure you do not move the small fence, as it keeps my little dog safe.)

Cottage Rules
1. We are on septic. Please ensure only small amounts of toilet paper is flushed, as even too much toilet paper can bring the system down.

2. No parties.

3. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval by host.

4. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including downloads.

5. If you break or damage something please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

6. No pets.

7. Please recycle, there is a recycling bin in the storage area at the side of the cottage.

8. Do not leave any food out that will attract pests.

9. SMOKING: We are a smoke free home, this includes the yard as well as vaping.
