With over 25 years of leadership roles across various industries, Leslie brings a wealth of expertise in stakeholder growth, leadership building, and business development. Her experience spans diverse sectors, including design, hospitality, international sporting, and developing/operating numerous businesses. Leslie's understanding of profit and not-for-profit organizations equips her with a holistic perspective to drive success in any context.
In addition to her extensive business background, Leslie holds multiple credentials that enhance her coaching practice. Leslie's solid academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Fine Art and Design from the University of Alberta, highlighting her artistic talents and creative approach. She has earned numerous Management, Marketing, and Leadership Certificates, and is member of the International Coaching Federation and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
Leslie is an energetic individual driven by a variety of personal interests. She actively engages in community volunteering and finds joy in participating in active sports. Additionally, Leslie values travel and continued learning as key elements of personal growth. In her free time, she finds solace in working in her art studio, cultivating her passions and creativity. She also enjoys gardening and taking leisurely walks with her dog.
